Designed by Steffen Kehrle, the Arc folding chair is a fusion of technology, lightness, and linearity. Arc is manufactured without any welding, so its joints do not present the typical irregularities of normal welded aluminum. The seat and backrest are made of ash plywood, while the frame is finished in painted aluminum. The Arc's unique mechanism engages the backrest directly over the rear legs, locking the chair in place so it takes up minimal space when folded.   DC
